These conditions are concluded on the one hand by Garage Equipment Service nv, 0425.198.510, with registered office at 1070 Anderlecht, Bergensesteenweg 1425 and on the other hand by anyone who wishes to make a purchase via the Vanzeebroeck Motors website; hereinafter referred to as "the User".

These conditions are exclusive to the consumer. The User who wishes to make a purchase on the site hereby confirms that he has legal capacity. Anyone declared incompetent under Article 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code may under no circumstances make purchases on the site. Consulting the site and the services offered there fall under the authority of the legal representative. That legal representative must comply with these provisions. With regard to the provision of personal data, the legal representative must in any case complete the registration form himself or give the person declared incompetent express permission to complete the said form, on the understanding that the provisions regarding personal data set out in Article 9 apply in full. remain in force.
The parties agree that the mutual legal relationship is governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of all conditions previously described on the site.
If a rule is missing, the practices of the "distance selling" sector applied by companies based in Belgium apply.

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The purpose of these conditions is to determine the sales modalities between Vanzeebroeck Motors and the User, regarding ordering, service, payment and delivery.

They determine the steps required when placing an order and guarantee the follow-up of that order between the contracting parties. The parties agree that the mutual legal relationship is governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of all conditions previously described on the site.

ARTICLE 2: ORDER

The User has the option to order online on the reference websites.
The online order can only be processed if the User has clearly identified himself.
Each order presupposes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices (cf. article 5) and the description of the product offered for sale.
Within 24 hours after we have received your order, Vanzeebroeck Motors will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided.

ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY

The User can have his order delivered:

either at home or at the address of a third party

Vanzeebroeck Motors is committed to delivering the ordered items as quickly as possible. The average delivery times for available items is from 2 to 6 days.

Any delivery problem (damage or shortage of items) must be reported within 48 hours by email ([email protected]). The item in question must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the package. An exchange or refund must be requested. Shipping costs are borne by the customer

ARTICLE 5: RATES/RECUPE CONTRIBUTION

Vanzeebroeck Motors reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of a possible change in VAT rates. Vanzeebroeck Motors has the right to change prices during invoicing due to any IT problems or technical problems during internet sales.
Vanzeebroeck Motors guarantees that all elements, services and functionalities are made available to the User, if they are used in accordance with & standard as indicated.
Vanzeebroeck Motors is bound by a guardianship and can under no circumstances be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the user when using the website and/or its content. The user also keeps Vanzeebroeck Motors indemnified against complaints in certain cases.
The user agrees that existing elements, functionalities, graphics cards, etc. of the website may evolve. Some functions can be abolished and others added, the user has no rights of claim.
Vanzeebroeck Motors reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or interrupt access to the website at any time for any reason, without any prior notice.
This may happen in case of maintenance of the website or changes to important services. Vanzeebroeck Motors cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that is directly or indirectly linked to the change, interruption or suspension of access to the website.

ARTICLE 6: EXCHANGE AND RETURNS/GUARANTEES

If you do not like an item, Vanzeebroeck Motors undertakes to exchange or refund the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The processing and payment costs remain due, even if your order is returned in full.

Any return must be made within 14 days, by returning the package to Vanzeebroeck Motors; Webshop service; Bergensesteenweg 168, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw.

You are legally obliged to take care of the goods you have purchased once they are in your possession. This means the following:

You can view and try on the products, just as you would in a store.

When trying on clothes, be careful not to wear perfume, after-shave, make-up or deodorant that could linger or leave traces on the product.

Shoes must not be tried on outside and there must not be any scratches on the soles.

The labels must not be removed from the products.

The original packaging must be kept.

The products must not be dirty, torn or damaged due to improper washing.

If you do not take care of the goods, you will have to compensate us for all damage.

In the event of excessive returns, Vanzeebroeck Motors reserves the right to refuse new orders.

All our products are covered by the legal warranty for defects present at the time of delivery of the product, with the understanding that you were not aware of, or were not supposed to be aware of, the defect at the time the product was delivered. agreement has been concluded and that the defect appears within two years of delivery. In this case, you may demand that the product be either repaired or replaced, or - if neither of these solutions is possible - that an appropriate price reduction be applied or the agreement be terminated, under the conditions provided for by law (art. 1649 bis et seq. of the Civil Code).

To do this, you must notify us in writing no later than two months after the day on which you discovered the defect. If the defect appears within six months of delivery, it is in principle up to us to prove that it did not exist at the time of delivery. Products that have a normal lifespan of less than two years or even six months, depending on their generally known wear and tear or technical level (particularly taking into account their price), are only covered by a guarantee for the time of their normal lifespan.

ARTICLE 7: SIGNATURE AND EVIDENCE

Any user of the site who does not yet have a customer number must follow the registration procedure, which will then result in a customer account being assigned to him.
In any case, the final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes acceptance of the order at the stated price.
This ratification serves as a signature and express acceptance of all transactions via the site.

The User has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase for 14 days, starting from the day following the day of delivery, without further consequences or explanation.

ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY

Vanzeebroeck Motors only has a best efforts obligation with regard to access to the site, the entire ordering process, delivery or other services.
Vanzeebroeck Motors cannot be held liable for any nuisance or damage caused by the use of the internet, in particular by a system breakdown, the intrusion of outsiders or a virus or by any fact that is considered by the judiciary to be force majeure.

The items are shipped via the usual postal services or by a carrier. Vanzeebroeck Motors is therefore not liable if the delivery period is exceeded due to the actions of the postal services or means of transport, nor in the event of loss of the items or in the event of a strike.
The User is aware of the transport risks and should direct any questions in this regard to the postal services or the carrier.
Furthermore, it is stipulated that ownership of the ordered items is only transferred to the User once the total amount of the invoice, including processing and management costs, has been paid.

ARTICLE 9: PRIVACY PROTECTION
